The water coming from the machine is not hot

• Please check the power to the machine is on and that the lead is fully fitted into the back of the machine (See images for reference).
• If your machine has a hot tank switch at the rear of the machine please check that it is switched on (please see image).
• If the machine is heavily used, please leave for approx. 15 minutes between dispenses to allow for adequate recovery time of heating system. The machine needs time to reheat.
