Installation
Greenworks Water operations department is run from our main service centre in Warrington.
Greenworks is an EPDWA member firm.
We pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of our service and installation teams. We do not use third party contractors at any time.
Where can you install a mains fed water cooler?
The answer is almost anywhere. Your dedicated account manager will complete a free of charge survey of your site and make their recommendation based on your specific requirements.
What happens next?
Once your order has been processed, our operations team will contact you to arrange a convenient time to come to your site to install your water cooler.
Our cooler rental package gives you the flexibility of a full service and maintenance agreement which includes two sanitization and filter change visits every year.
What we do differently?
Every water cooler we install uses our Greenworks Install Rail.
This is our commitment to achieve a quality installation and comes at no extra cost to the customer.
Installation
All Greenworks installations use WRAS approved materials. The Water Regulations Advisory Scheme approves water fittings and all Greenworks installations adhere to the following standards:
- EU Directive 98/83/EC (quality of water intended for Human Consumption) Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999
- EU Directive 89/654/EC
- EU Directive 02/96/EC (Waste of Electronic and Electrical Equipment)
Prior to any installation, all Greenworks customers receive a site survey drawing, showing details of the proposed installation. No installation work will commence without the agreement of the customer.
Install Rail
Isolator shut off valve (WRAS Certificate 0809053)
This is used to isolate the water before reaching the install rail. This also acts as a non return valve preventing backflow to the mains supply.
Water Pressure regulator (WRAS Certificate 0809023)
Help reduce any irregular water pressure.
Water block (WRAS Certificate 0910035)
This is set to allow a certain amount of water through before shutting off the water supply to the water dispenser.
Water block reset button
If the water block operates the reset button this is a simple mechanism for the customer to reconnect the water supply
